Delivery times
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 5 - 7 days, and for international deliveries within 7 - 10 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
If you pick up the goods yourself, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Engine rebuild / replacement engine 2.0 TDI (CR) CBBB - VW / Audi / Skoda overhaul — better than factory
The 2.0 TDI common-rail with engine code CBBB is one of the most widely used diesel engines in the VAG group — and it has known design weaknesses that, without targeted upgrades, will sooner or later lead to engine failure. These include an undersized oil pump driven by a timing belt, as well as an increased risk of piston damage under spirited or performance-tuned use. MIK Engines fully reworks every CBBB, and not only that, it also remedies these weak points with proven upgrade measures — the result permanently exceeds factory condition.
MIK upgrades — why this engine lasts longer
In addition to renewing all wear parts, every MIK CBBB receives four engine-specific upgrades that eliminate the most common causes of failure:
- Upgraded oil pump — The biggest weakness of the CBBB is the standard oil pump: too little oil pressure across all engine speeds. Fault messages, rattling noises, and loss of power signal that engine failure is imminent. MIK uses a specially developed high-performance oil pump that increases oil pressure consistently and reliably.
- Timing chain instead of timing belt — The factory oil pump timing-belt drive runs in oil, breaks, and contaminates the engine oil with rubber debris from the very first kilometer. MIK replaces it with a proven timing chain — a wear-free drive and permanently clean engine oil.
- Reinforced pistons — In performance-tuned or sporty use, the CBBB tends to suffer piston damage in the ring zone, increased oil consumption, and loss of compression. MIK uses modified pistons with improved piston rings and a specially honed cylinder surface.
- High-quality bearing shells — All components are measured precisely, and the bearing clearance is adjusted for lifetime and performance. High-quality bearing shells ensure smooth operation — even in continuous use and under load.
