Package shipping:

Items in stock:
All products ordered by 6:00 PM will be shipped on the same business day. Delivery then takes 1-2 business days. For next-day delivery, please select the shipping method "Express".

Item not in stock:
Should it happen that an item is sold out, it does not mean that it cannot be made available. All items in our shop are available and will reach the customer no later than 5-7 working days after ordering.


Freight shipping:

The delivery of your motor is carried out by freight forwarding according to the specified delivery time. Your shipment is fully insured. As soon as your goods have been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. The freight shipping usually takes 2-5 working days. A 24-hour express shipping is possible upon agreement.

Altteil:
The old part should be ready for pickup within 10 days after delivery (extension possible by arrangement). The return transport will then be organized by us. The previous owner is responsible for any leaking fluids or damage due to insufficient fastening. We reserve the right to pass on costs in case of violations of the included return conditions.

Delivery times

If no other period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany (domestic) will take place within 2-5 days, and for international deliveries within 2-5 days after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. The delivery time is determined in this case by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

When picking up in person, we will inform you via email about the availability of the goods and the pickup options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
