Delivery times
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 5 - 7 days, and for international deliveries within 7 - 10 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
If you pick up the goods yourself, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

The 2.0 TDI common rail with engine code CMGB is one of the most widely used diesel engines in the VAG group — and it comes with well-known design weaknesses that, without targeted upgrades, will sooner or later lead to engine failure. These include an underdimensioned oil pump with timing belt drive as well as an increased risk of piston damage in sporty or performance-tuned use. MIK Motoren completely rebuilds every CMGB, and also eliminates these weak points with proven upgrade measures — the result permanently surpasses the factory condition.
MIK upgrades — why this engine lasts longer
Every CMGB from MIK receives, in addition to the renewal of all wear parts, four engine-specific upgrades that eliminate the most common causes of failure:
- Upgraded oil pump — The CMGB's biggest weak point is the standard oil pump: too little oil pressure across all engine speeds. Warning messages, rattling noises, and loss of power announce the impending engine failure. MIK uses a specially developed high-performance oil pump that increases oil pressure consistently and reliably.
- Timing chain instead of timing belt — The factory oil pump timing belt runs in oil, breaks, and from the very first kilometer contaminates the engine oil with rubber abrasion. MIK replaces it with a proven timing chain — wear-free drive, permanently clean engine oil.
- Reinforced pistons — Under performance-tuned or sporty use, the CMGB tends to suffer piston damage in the ring area, increased oil consumption, and loss of compression. MIK uses modified pistons with improved piston rings and a specially honed cylinder surface.
- High-quality bearing shells — All components are precisely measured, with bearing clearance adjusted for lifetime and performance. High-quality bearing cups ensure smooth running — even in continuous operation and under load.
