Delivery times
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 5 - 7 days, and for international deliveries within 7 - 10 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.

Engine overhaul / replacement engine 2.0 TDI (CR) CGLC - Audi A4 A5 A6 Q5 Reconditioning — better than factory
The 2.0 TDI common-rail with engine code CGLC is one of the most widely used diesel engines in the VAG group — and it carries well-known design weaknesses that, without targeted upgrades, will sooner or later lead to engine damage. These include an undersized oil pump with timing belt drive, as well as an increased risk of piston damage in sporty or performance-enhanced use. MIK Motoren completely refurbishes every CGLC and also fixes these weaknesses with proven upgrade measures — the result permanently surpasses factory condition.
MIK upgrades — why this engine lasts longer
In addition to replacing all wear parts, every MIK CGLC receives four engine-specific upgrades that eliminate the most common causes of failure:
- Upgraded oil pump — The biggest weakness of the CGLC is the standard oil pump: too little oil pressure across all engine speeds. Error messages, rattling noises and loss of power announce the impending engine failure. MIK uses a specially developed high-performance oil pump that increases oil pressure consistently and reliably.
- Timing chain instead of timing belt — The factory timing belt drive for the oil pump runs in oil, tears, and contaminates the engine oil with rubber debris from the first kilometer on. MIK replaces it with a proven timing chain — wear-free drive, permanently clean engine oil.
- Reinforced pistons — In performance-enhanced or sporty operation, the CGLC tends to suffer piston damage in the ring zone area, increased oil consumption, and compression loss. MIK uses modified pistons with improved piston rings and a specially honed cylinder surface.
- High-quality bearing shells — All components are measured precisely, and the bearing play is adjusted for lifetime and performance. High-quality bearing cups ensure smooth running — even in continuous operation and under load.
