Delivery times

Upgrade oil pump
The biggest weakness of this engine is its oil pump, which does not provide sufficient oil pressure from the factory and repeatedly leads to failures. Without adequate oil pressure, error messages, rattling noises, and loss of power quickly become noticeable and almost always result in engine damage. For this reason, we rely on a specially developed oil pump that provides the oil pressure in every speed range increased and protects the engine from wear.
Alignment of the storage aisle
With increasing mileage, the crankshaft bearing seats of the aluminum engine block shift, so that perfect alignment of the bearings is no longer guaranteed and engine damage occurs. The main bearing bore must always be honed and fixed with the help of hardened fitting elements. Otherwise, a renewed engine damage is inevitable.
High-quality bearing shells
As part of the overhaul, all components are precisely measured and processed. The bearing clearance between the individual components is adjusted to lifetime and performance set and thus ensures an especially smooth engine operation. In combination with high-quality bearing shells, this engine is then also ideally suited for the sporty driver.
The correct cylinder bore
Over time, different cylinder liners have been used. On the one hand, stable cast iron sleeves, but on the other hand, also susceptible plasma or AluSil coatings, which tend to develop scoring after a short mileage and affect the compression of the engines. We use only cast iron cylinder liners to extend the lifetime of the engine.
