The biggest weakness of this engine is its oil pump, which does not generate enough oil pressure from the factory and repeatedly leads to failures. The right cylinder running track
Over time, different cylinder liners have been used. On the one hand, stable cast iron sleeves, but on the other hand, susceptible plasma or AluSil coatings, which tend to form grooves after a short mileage and affect the compression of the engines. We use only cast iron cylinder liners to extend the lifetime of the engine.

Warum ist der Werksmotor besser als ein Original-Motor vom Hersteller?

Weil ein Original-Motor mit denselben Schwachstellen gebaut wird, an denen schon dein bisheriger Motor gelitten hat. Beim MIK-Werksmotor sind sie bereits behoben: Upgrade-Ölpumpe, Ausrichtung der Lagergasse, Hochwertige Lagerschalen und Die richtige Zylinderlaufbahn. Dazu stellen wir die Lagerspiele gezielt auf Langlebigkeit ein.

Was ist der Unterschied zur Motorüberholung?

Bei der Motorüberholung bauen wir deinen eigenen Motor mit den MIK-Upgrades wieder auf. Der Werksmotor wird dagegen aus Neuteilen aufgebaut und ist unsere höchste Qualitätsstufe. Ist dir die originale Motornummer wichtig, zum Beispiel bei Leasing oder einem Sammlerfahrzeug, ist die Motorüberholung die passende Wahl.

Was passiert mit meinem alten Motor?

Der Werksmotor ist ein Austauschmotor: Dein alter Motor geht als Altteil an uns zurück. Wähle bei der Bestellung aus, ob dein Altteil überholfähig, nicht überholfähig oder nicht vorhanden ist.

Passt der Werksmotor in mein Fahrzeug?
