Delivery times

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.

Nothing beats a perfect sealing surface!
When machining a cylinder head, it is important to ensure that the contact pattern of the valve and valve seat is optimally set, so that on the one hand the combustion chamber is completely sealed and on the other hand sufficient heat dissipation of the combustion heat through the valves to the valve seats is guaranteed.
To reshape the valve seat, we use a hand milling machine from Mira. With the help of the designated contour tools, the seats are milled and thus achieve an optimal shape to meet the aforementioned requirements.
For the conversion to gas operation, it is necessary to completely replace the valve seats, as the temperature load due to the longer flame formation is different.
