Delivery times
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 5 - 7 days, and for international deliveries within 7 - 10 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
If you pick up the goods yourself, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Engine Rebuild CXFA (2.0 TDI) — better than factory new
The CXFA is the 2.0-liter diesel engine installed in numerous vehicles in VW's T-series vans, as well as models from Audi, Seat, and Skoda. It delivers solid everyday performance — but it has known weak points straight from the factory that sooner or later lead to engine failure. MIK Motoren solves exactly these problems: instead of simply rebuilding the engine, factory weak points are replaced with higher-quality components. The result is an engine that not only runs like new, but lasts significantly longer than the original.
MIK upgrades — why this engine lasts longer
The rebuild includes not only the replacement of all wear parts — it also fixes the design weaknesses built into this engine from the factory:
- Upgraded oil pump — The biggest weakness of the CXFA is the standard oil pump: it delivers too little oil pressure, which leads to rattling noises, error messages, and eventually engine failure. MIK uses a specially developed high-performance oil pump that reliably maintains oil pressure across all rpm ranges.
- Timing chain instead of timing belt — The standard oil pump timing belt runs in oil and leaves harmful rubber wear debris in the engine oil from the very first rotation. It is also prone to breaking. MIK replaces it with a low-maintenance timing chain — for permanently clean oil and a drive system with no wear.
- Reinforced pistons — Under load or with sporty driving, the CXFA tends to suffer piston damage in the ring area. Visible signs include oil consumption above 0.5 l/1,000 km, loss of compression, and reduced performance. MIK installs modified pistons with improved piston rings and specially honed cylinder surfaces.
- High-quality bearing shells — All bearing seats are precisely measured, machined, and refitted with high-quality bearing shells. The bearing clearance is adjusted for maximum lifetime and smooth engine running — even for the demanding rider.
